These terms apply to bookings and participation in The DammeGuardian Experience – Bali, organized by Ole Dammegård / PT Sama Sama Light (Bali), with payment processing managed by Walwet AB, Sweden.
By reserving your place, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been registered via Credit card.
Walwet AB acts as the payment intermediary and administrative partner, handling all payment processing, refunds, and participant administration.
The agreement for the retreat itself is between you and the organizer (Ole Dammegård / PT Sama Sama Light).

Cancellations

Cancellation by Organizer

If the organizer must cancel (for example, due to illness, too few participants, or force majeure), participants will be offered to transfer their booking to a future retreat within 12 months.
If you are unable to attend on the new date, the same refund conditions as for participant cancellations apply:
0–29 days before the start date, no refund is issued​
30–59 days before the start date, 50 percent is refunded​
More than 60 days before the start date, 90 percent is refunded
We recommend booking flexible flights and obtaining travel and cancellation insurance.


Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), your place may be transferred to a future retreat, minus any non-refundable costs already incurred.

Responsibility and Insurance

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Walwet AB is responsible only for payment processing and administration; ​the retreat and all educational activities are conducted under the responsibility of Ole Dammegård / PT Sama Sama Light.​​

We respect your privacy and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), as well as equivalent international data-protection laws.

When you book or fill out a form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and payment information solely to manage your booking and deliver the agreed services.

Use of Personal Data

Your personal data may be used for:
– administration of your booking, payment, and communication
– practical planning of the retreat (e.g., accommodation, meals, arrival coordination)
– newsletters or event updates (only with your explicit consent)

To carry out the retreat, relevant details are securely shared with the organizer Ole Dammegård / PT Sama Sama Light for practical coordination only.
This information is deleted once the retreat project is completed.

We do not share your information with third parties except for trusted payment processors (Stripe) as required to complete your transaction.
You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@walwet.se

Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:
– request access to the personal data we hold about you
– request correction or deletion of your data
– opt out of promotional communications
– request that your data not be sold or shared with third parties
